NDS guarantees that all aspects of your drug testing program will meet Federal and State regulations. To maintain the highest quality during all testing procedures, we use only SAMHSA certified laboratories.

Test results are strictly secured. Positive results are reviewed by a nationally certified Medical Review Officer. NDS releases the results of your tests ONLY TO YOU. If you are working with a career site, that site is notified only if you qualify for the drug-free emblem to be placed on your resume and only if you have requested that a career site be notified.

Career sites have no information about who has and who has not applied for drug testing.
